TCU Employees Beat The Crap Out of Each Other In The Park After Their Boss Tells Them To "Fight It Out Or Quit"

FORT WORTHAfter more than a year of arguing, two TCU maintenance workers decided to leave campus last week and settle their dispute with a fistfight, according to a police report.

One of the men later contacted police and told officers his coworker punched him several times in the face.

A detective is investigating, said Sgt. Marc Povero, a police spokesman.

The men, who have had an ongoing feud the last year and a half, were arguing at work Friday morning when their boss called them into his office, the police report states.

The boss told them to go off campus and “fight it out” or quit, according to the report.

The men agreed to go with their boss to Trinity Park, a few miles away. At the park, the two workers “engaged in mutual combat,” the report says.

Man I hope this TCU employee isn’t fired for the way he handled this, because this is EXACTLY how offices should be run. If you can’t get along, stop bothering everybody else with your passive aggressive bullshit. Stop throwing people’s food out of the fridge, stop messing with their desk equipment, stop sending vague bitchy emails. Either head over to the park and fight it out, or quit. Easy. Either pack your shit or head off site to engage in mutual combat. Not enough duels these days. Not nearly enough duels. Too much whining and complaining and bitching to HR departments and creating toxic work environments for everyone else. Alexander Hamilton didn’t die for this.

And make no mistake about it, this is how the Barstool office will be run. Without a doubt. When Nate starts complaining I assigned a UFC blog to Big Cat instead of him we won’t play pranks on each other and cry to the CEO behind each other’s backs. We will go to the park and fist fight.

PS,

This image of the two guys beating each other up then hopping in their boss’s truck together to head back to campus is hilarious.

The men then got back into their boss’s truck and went back to the TCU physical plant office on Bellaire Drive.

The one guy contacting police about it though…not cool. Total breach of duel protocol.

The man who contacted police also reported the incident to TCU staff, according to the police report.

TCU was aware of the incident Monday and is gathering information, Michelle Clark, a school spokeswoman, said in an email.
